We are a Leading Property Developer in China, based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.
This is the most populated province in the whole of China with a population of about 100 million. Zhengzhou City has a population of about 7.2 million in 2007 and this is expected to grow very quickly.
We acquired the business in 2003,and had since focused on developing quality residential and commercial properties, focusing on specialty wholesale trading hubs.
Currently we have 2 major projects: Guoling Shanshui and J-Expo I
CentraLand was listed on the mainboard of SGX on 1 Feb, 2008.
