About Us
We are a Leading Property Developer in China, based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.
This is the most populated province in the whole of China with a population of about over 100 million. Zhengzhou City has a population of about 8.6 million in 2010 and this is expected to continue growing.
We acquired the business in 2003,and had since focused on developing quality residential and commercial properties, focusing mainly on specialty wholesale trading hubs.
Currently we have 2 major projects in our portfoilio: the self-contained, high-end residential development, Guoling Shanshui (果岭山水) and our first wholesale mall development , J-Expo 1 (金智•万博商城 1), which specialises in small consumer goods (小商品).
The Group is involved in three other development projects: J-Expo 2 (金智•万博商城 2), a second wholesale mall development for small consumer goods adjacent to the J-Expo 1 site; Tianrong Project (天荣时装城), a fashion apparel wholesale trading hub; and Nongye Road Project (农业路项目), a residential and retail development.
The Group is also involved in the provision of property management services to Jiancai Gang (建材港) and Tianrong Auto-city (天荣时装城), an integrated wholesale mall for building materials and automobile parts respectively.
CentraLand was listed on the SGX Mainboard on 1 February 2008.
